Main LCD control signals are generated by QSD8650. Those signal's path are :

Is the circuit powered?
Yes
Disconnect and reconnect
LCD connector
LCD display OK?
No
Check TP1 (C550)
TP2 C549), TP3 (FL504)
TP4 (D504_PIN4)
TP5 (U508)
Yes
Change the LCD module
The LCD works
