• Delete display languages, themes, or third-party applications that you don't use.
• Delete messages and calendar entries that you don't need.
• Delete browsing information.
My smartphone responds slowly or freezes
Try the following actions:
• Close unused applications.
• Free some of your application storage.
• Update your BlackBerry Device Software.
