Mechanical disassembling flow chart

Mechanical disassembly should be made following procedures in numerical
order.
Following steps show the basic procedures, therefore unnecessary step may
be ignored.
Caution:
The parts and screws should be placed exactly the same position as the origi-
nal otherwise it may cause loss of performance and product safety.
1. Air filter units removal
2. Cabinet top removal
3. MAIN&AV board assy, RC board removal
4. Fan(FN910) and optical unit removal
5. Fan(FN908), lamp holder and speaker removal
6. Power box removal
7. Fan(FN907) and duct assy removal
8. Fan(FN902) and filter house removal
9. Cable reforming
3-1. MAIN and AV board removal
5-1. Thermal fuse replacing
7-1. Duct and fans removal
