UPDATING YOUR HANDSET
SOFTWARE
Your handset can check and receive automatic software updates.
THERE ARE TWO WAYS THIS CAN HAPPEN:
1. Automatically – the handset will notify you an update is
available. Follow the steps to complete the upgrade.
2. Manually by you – go to Menu > Settings > Software Update to
check if any updates are available.

Software updates require an active data connection and charges will
apply for downloaded data content. Contact Telstra to verify charges
for this service.

Software updates do not delete any of your handset content, eg
Contacts, SMS, MMS, photos, music etc.
•
Software updates are set to check automatically every 2 weeks. If
you wish to disable this service please switch off Automatic Updates
from the Settings> Software Update > Auto Software update menu.
