The prompt will announce,
"Your outgoing message is" and
then play your message. The
display will flash p and after
playing your message you will
hear the menu once more.
Press and hold the
return the handset to standby.
To check or play your outgoing
message via the base unit
You can check and play back
your current outgoing
message at any time via your
Synergy 700 base unit.
Press the ANSWER ON/OFF
button.
The prompt will announce
either:
• "Answer on, your outgoing
message is..." and play your
currently selected outgoing
message.
Or
• "Answer off". If prompt
is "Answer off", press the
ANSWER ON/OFF button
again and the prompt will
announce the current
outgoing message.

To check or play your outgoing
message via the handset
Pick up the handset.
Press the

The prompt will announce,
"To play outgoing message,
press 2".
Press the 2 button. Your
currently selected outgoing
message will be played.
Press and hold the
return the handset to standby.
To select your outgoing messages
via the base unit
Press and hold the ANSWER
ON/OFF button until you hear,
"Please select outgoing message",
then release the button.
Either
To set Answer and Record,
press and release the
button.
Or
To set Answer Only, press
and release the SKIP button.
Your chosen setting will be
announced over the base
speaker.
