microUIM and microSIM cards

HTC Desire 600c has microUIM and microSIM slots. Use a CDMA microUIM in the
primary slot to place calls, send text or multimedia messages, and use the data
connection. In the second slot, you can use a GSM microSIM card for calling and
sending text as well as multimedia messages.
§ Both slots can be active at the same time. When you have a call on one card,
you can accept an incoming call from the other card.
§ You can use a dual-mode card in the primary slot. A dual-mode card allows you
to connect to either your mobile operator's CDMA network or a GSM roaming
partner network.
Inserting the UIM and SIM cards
1. Take the back cover off.
2. Insert your CDMA UIM card into the slot on the left side and your GSM SIM card
into the slot on the right side. When inserting, make sure the card's gold
contacts are facing down and its cut-off corner facing in.
Removing the microUIM and microSIM cards
Make sure to switch off HTC Desire 600c before removing your microUIM and
microSIM cards.
1. Take the back cover off.
2. Press the microUIM or microSIM card to eject it from its slot.
