service. Email our Technical Support Team at support@avermedia-usa.com to first
discuss the problems you have encountered with the product. Once this has been
determined to be a defective unit within the warranty period, an RMA number will
be assigned to you with further instruction. Please keep your sales receipt as
proof of purchase when you contact us for warranty service (A copy will be required).
It is your sale responsibility to prove this product is still under warranty.
