BEFORE yOU BEgIN

Remove contents from box. Inspect the contents of the box for scratches in the paint and/or dents that may have
occurred during shipping. Because your scooter was partially assembled and packed at the factory, there should not be
any problems, even if the box has a few scars or dents.

Assemble the fork, deck (head
tube) and headset in the sequence
shown.

With the fork facing straight
ahead, adjust the tension on the
bearing as shown. Do not over
tighten!

properly install and tighten the
bolts may cause the rider to lose
control and fall. If you do not
understand these instructions or
the concept of "tighten securely"
seek the assistance of a qualified
mechanic.
