Troubleshooting

Do not call for service until you have checked the points listed below.
If you call for service and there is nothing wrong with your washing machine, you will have to pay for the service call.
You will have to pay even when your washing machine is under warranty.
For some problems you will get a code shown in the digital display accompanied by 'Beeps'.
If you have a problem you are unable to resolve from the guidance on this page and the next page, see page 19 -
"Troubleshooting fault displays".
Problem
Washing machine not
working.
Washing machine
has washed load but
will not spin. Water in
washbowl.
Washing machine will
not fill with water.
Water flowing into
washbowl indefinitely.
Washing machine
'beeping' continuously.

goes out of balance or
vibrates excessively
when spinning.
Water on floor.

Power not switched on.
No electricity supply through the power
point.

What to do
Switch on power point.
Check power point with another appliance.
Press Power button on.
Press Start/Pause to start wash.
) Turn on taps.
Open lid, redistribute load and close lid.
Ensure machine is level.
Wait or cancel Delay by pressing Start/Pause or cancel Soak
by pressing Soak until
) Open lid, removes clothes, then close lid.
Open lid, redistribute load and close lid.
Ensure machine is level.
Check outlet is not blocked and there are no kinks in the
hose.
Wait 10 mins, machine should start. In future use less &
) ONLY use low sudsing, front load washer detergent in this
machine, such as Cold Power for Front Loaders and High
Efficiency Top Loaders or detergent labelled "Matic".
Make sure lid is closed, or closed properly.
) Turn on taps.
Clean tap filters/washers.
Select COLD water washes only
Raise drain hose or fit a syphon break. (See Installation
instructions).
Turn both wall taps OFF
Look at code in the digital display and then refer to the Fault
information on page 19.
Make the machine level. (See Installation instructions).
Adjust feet to touch floor. (See Installation instructions).
Redistribute clothes evenly.
Use Auto water level or a lower manual water level.
Turn both wall taps OFF (Refer page 19).
Check connections at taps and rear of machine.
Use Auto water level or a lower manual water level.
Reduce water temperature.
