1-5: DVD DECK (Refer to Fig. 1-5)
1. Make the short circuit on the position as shown Fig. 1-5
using a soldering. If you remove the DVD Deck with no
soldering, the Laser may be damaged.
2. Disconnect the following connectors:
(CP2301, CP2302 and CP2601).
Remove the 4 screws 1.

4. Remove the DVD Deck in the direction of arrow.
Make the short circuit
using a soldering.

NOTE
1. Use the Pb Free solder and the exclusive soldering iron.
2. Manual soldering conditions
• Soldering temperature: 320 ± 20˚C
• Soldering time: Within 3 seconds
• Soldering combination: 45/55 Sn/Pb
3. When Soldering/Removing of solder, use the drawing
equipment over the Pick Up Unit to prevent the Flux
smoke from it.
4. When the installation of the DVD Deck, remove all the
soldering on the short circuit position after the connection
of Pick Up PCB and DVD PCB connector.
1-6: DVD PCB (Refer to Fig. 1-6)
1. Disconnect the following connectors:
(CP3802 and CP4303).
Remove the 4 screws 1.

3. Remove the Shield DVD, DVD PCB and Shield FFC in
the direction of arrow (A).
Remove the 4 screws 2.

5. Remove the Angle PCB in the direction of arrow (B).

1. Disconnect the following connector:
(CP4301).
Remove the screw 1.

4. Remove the Jack Plate in the direction of arrow (A).
Remove the 3 screws 3.

6. Remove the HD-MI PCB in the direction of arrow (B).

1. Disconnect the following connectors:
(CP801, CP802, CP2200 and CP3201).
Remove the 2 screws 1.

3. Remove the Side Jack Plate in the direction of arrow (A).
Remove the 4 screws 2.

5. Remove the Shield LCD in the direction of arrow (B).
6. Remove the Scaler PCB in the direction of arrow (C).
