Frequently Asked Questions about Smart TV

Problem
Whenever I enter a
menu, the 'Initializing'
message is always
displayed.
No contents are
shown in the premium
card.
Some spaces are not
visible for a specific
website when using
the Internet.
The Internet is
automatically shut
down when I visit a
website.
The 'Initializing' message indicates the CPU and
hardware booting time, network communication setup, or
communication time with SDP (device authorization and
basic information download). It normally takes about 20
seconds.
If the country setting is changed in the Laser TV Setting
menu, the contents may not be displayed. You can change
the country in HOME ➙ Settings ➙ OPTION ➙ Smart TV
Setting ➙ Smart TV Country.
In this Laser TV, the Internet supports up to Flash 10. Some
formats other than the following formats may be restricted
to play
: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WMV (ASF), WMA, MP3 and MP4.
The Internet may be forced to shut down if the memory size
is insufficient to accommodate the image information of a
website.
