Attach mounting brackets to side shelf with #8x3/8" sheet metal screw and side shelf bushings (A).
Attach mounting brackets to front of leg with 1/4-20x1/2" Machine Screws. And to back of leg with 1/4-20x1-1/4"
machine screws and 1/4-20 flange nuts (B).
Repeat above steps for other side.
