Cabling to an HDTV for Video

For HDTV video, for the best possible video quality:
If the TV has a DVI input, connect to the DVI-D connector on the set-top.
If the TV has no DVI input but does have an IEEE 1394 connector, connect to the
IEEE 1394 connector on the set-top. Because IEEE 1394 is a video and audio connection, no
audio connections to the TV are required if you use this method.
Otherwise, use the component video (Y, Pb, and Pr) connectors.
