If at anytime the following error messages are displayed in the Infobubble™ please follow our
recommendations before calling a Service Engineer.
Error Code Problem
No hot/cold fill.
E10

A fault with the water heating

has occurred.
Water is not being pumped out

and a flood condition could occur.
E16 Extremely high water level.

Door not closed properly
E30 A motor drive problem has
occurred.

Customer language and wash

programme have not been

saved,system will run with default
conditions (1000rpm max and
English language).
Recommendation
Check the water supply, inlet
valve and hot and cold hose
connections (see 'Connect to the
Water Supply' on page 6).
Call for a Service Engineer.
Check the drainage hose is
raised to the recommended
minimum height and that it is
not blocked (see 'Connect to a
Drainage System' on page 7).
If it still not working, call for a
Service Engineer.
Disconnect or turn off the water
supply and ensure that the water
level does not rise anymore.
Call for a Service Engineer.
(see 'Interlocking Door System'
on page 9).
Try running the programme again.
If the problem persists call for a
Service Engineer.
Call for a Service Engineer to
re-program your appliance.
