Maintenance Schedule is also located on back side of dust cup.

Handle Release
DUST CUP – Empty after each use
Push button to release bottom lid.
Debris will empty.
FILTER DCF21 – Clean or replace regularly to maintain suction
Empty dust cup. Pull Pull out filter cover,
back latch to lift off lid. filter and screen
Rinse dust cup; Reinstall screen,
dry thoroughly. filter and cover.
HEPA FILTER HF11 – Replace within 6 months
Remove dust cup. Lift up tab on filter cover
and pull off.
BRUSH ROLL – Clean monthly
EXT-U BELT – Replace worn, cut or out of shape belt

Close bottom lid
until it clicks.
Brush debris from filter,
cover and screen. Wash and
dry thoroughly, as needed.
Align lid at front; press down
until lid snaps into place.
Lift out filter
and replace.
