ANDOM ANUAL ARDIO HILL RANDOM MANUAL FAT BURN CARDIO FIT TEST Mileage readings are arbitrary and should not be used to compare workouts in different programs. Total calories burned is the best measure of the amount of work performed in any given workout.
It is possible in the Manual program to enter a value of Watts or METS to maintain, rather than a resistance level. For instance, if your doctor should prescribe that you exercise three times per week for 20 minutes at 100 Watts (the value must be between 33 and 338), this option would ensure that you maintain that 100 Watt level by altering the pedal resistance in inverse proportion to your pedaling speed.
