EXPOSURE BACKLIGHT
Set BACKLIGHT to BLC (Backlight Compensation), HME (Highlight Masking Exposure),
D.WDR (Digital Wide Dynamic Range), or OFF.
BLC
Backlight Compensation prevents subjects in defined areas of the scene from
appearing too dark when backlighting is present.
HME
Highlight Masking Exposure masks bright areas of the scene to allow objects to
appear clearly on the screen.
D.WDR
Digital Wide Dynamic Range provides clear images even when strong backlighting is
present.
If BLC is selected, do the following:
1.
Set BLC MODE to MANUAL or SMART
(recommended).
If SMART is selected, the camera
automatically adjusts the BLC.
If MANUAL is selected, you can adjust
the BLC level in four areas of the scene
(TOP, BOTTOM, LEFT, RIGHT).
2.
Select SET LEVEL to set the BLC level to
LOWEST, LOW, MID, or HIGH.
