Experiment Method (Film Fit)
A sample of the CT4i cover containing the anti-bacterial agent is sterilized and the bacteria
suspension (0.5 ml) is added. The bacteria are held in intimate contact using a sterile fi lm
and left to incubate for 24 hours at a certain constant temperature and saturation humidity.
After incubation, the sample is washed with 10 ml of distilled water and the survival count of
bacteria inside the solution is measured.
