    To help make the best use of your Hotpoint cooking equipment please read this booklet carefully. The cooker is designed specifically for domestic use and responsibility will not be accepted for use in any other installation.

    Using the Hob The hotplate has two high speed burners and three simmering burners which will accommodate pans between 100mm (4”) and 230mm (9”) diameter. All pans should be positioned centrally over the burners. BEFORE USE check that the burner caps and pan supports are Simmering aids such as steel plates should not be used because they can cause damage to the pan supports.

    Fan Oven Cookery Notes To heat the oven, turn the control knob clockwise, selecting the required temperature as recommended in the temperature chart.
