Common Questions
• Run ScanDisk (or another disk verification tool) on your computer.
• Install the latest Windows software updates to your computer.
• If you are upgrading from an older Palm OS

Add or Remove Programs.
• Uninstall and then reinstall the current version of Palm Desktop software.
