3‐5‐4 DMZ
Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) is a special area in your local network. This area resides in local
network, and all computers in this area uses private IP address, too. But these private IP
addresses are mapped to a certain Internet IP address, so other people on Internet can fully
access those computers in DMZ.
The DMZ setting page looks like this:

Description
Check this box to enable DMZ function,
uncheck this box to disable DMZ function.
You can select 'Dynamic IP' or 'Static IP' here.
If you select 'Dynamic IP', you have to select an
Internet connection session from dropdown
menu; if you select 'Static IP', please input the
IP address that you want to map to a specific
private IP address.
Please input the private IP address that the
Internet IP address will be mapped to.
Select the type of connection, TCP or UDP. If
you're not sure, please select 'Both'.
Input the starting port number in the left field,
and input the ending port number in the right
field. If you only want to redirect a single port
number, just fill the port number in the left
field.
Please input any text to describe this mapping,
up to 16 alphanumerical characters.
Add the mapping to port forwarding table.
Remove all inputted values.
