4.2.3.2 Housing Lower Cover Right Removal

1. Detach the housing from the printer. (Refer to Section 4.2.1 "Housing Removal")
2. Detach the printer panel from the printer. (Refer to section 4.2.2.1 "Printer Panel
Board Removal")
3. Remove two screws (C.P. 3x4, F/ZN) from the throttle upper part and detach the
throttle front panel.
4. Remove five screws (C.B.P. 3x8, F/ZN and C.B.S. 3x6, F/ZN) from the right
housing lower cover and detach the cover.

Tightening torque for screw
• C.P 3x4, F/ZN two screws for throttle upper part: 3.5 +/- 1 kgf.cm
• C.B.P 3x8, F/ZN four screws for housing lower cover: 6 +/- 1 kgf.cm
• C.B.S 3x6, F/ZN one screws for housing lower cover: 6 +/- 1 kgf.cm

Disassembly
Remove the Housing from the printer. (Refer to Section 4.2.1 "Housing
Removal")
Open the Cover Cartridge and remove the both black and color ink cartridge.
Remove the Cover Cartridges for black and color ink cartridges from the CR
Assembly.
Remove the Head FFC Holder from the CR Assembly by releasing two hooks.

Disconnect the Printhead's FFC from the connector on the Printhead.
Remove two screws (C.B.P-TITE 3x8 F/ZN and B-TITE SEMSW2 2.5x5 F/ZB)
tightening the Printhead
