The vehicle has no spare tire, no
tire changing equipment, and no
place to store a tire.
If the vehicle has run-flat tires, there
is no need to stop on the side of the
road to change a flat tire. See

required to service a run-flat tire.

procedures are not used, injury or
vehicle damage may occur.

If the battery has run down, use
another vehicle and some jumper

to use the following steps to do it
safely.
Batteries can hurt you. They can
be dangerous because:
They contain acid that can
burn you.
They contain gas that can
explode or ignite.
They contain enough
electricity to burn you.
If you do not follow these steps
exactly, some or all of these
things can hurt you.

The battery is under a battery cover
in the hatch/trunk area on the
passenger side under the carpet.
Before you connect the cables, here
are some basic things you should
know. Positive (+) will go to
positive (+) terminal. Negative ( )
