4. After removing the hard drive, perform the following steps:
a) Remove the screws that secure the hard-drive bracket.
b) Remove the hard-drive bracket from the hard drive.

Installing the Hard Drive

1. Place the hard-drive bracket on the hard drive and tighten the screws to secure the hard-drive
bracket to the hard drive.
2. Place the hard drive on its connector.
3. Install:
a) base cover
b) battery
4. Follow the procedures in After Working Inside Your Computer.

Removing the Hard-Drive Cage

1. Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer.
2. Remove:
a) battery
b) base cover
c) hard drive
