- Bright pixel is unacceptable except that 1 is al-
lowed on frame edge.
- Test equipment: video generator.

- Test Pattern: full white
- Dead pixels check.
- White pattern (IRE=100)
- Adjacent dark pixel.
- The number of the dead pixels should be less or
equal to 3.
- Adjacent pixel with each other is unacceptable.
