Your camcorder adjusts the exposure for
backlit subjects automatically.

Adjusts the exposure for backlit subjects
automatically.

Does not adjust the exposure for backlit
subjects.
RING SETTING
You can select a menu items to assign to the
RING. For details, see page 30.
WIDE SELECT
You can select the horizontal to vertical
ratio according to the TV connected.
Refer also to the instruction manuals
supplied with your TV.
16:9 WIDE
Records movies to the full screen on a 16:9
(wide) TV screen.

Records movies to the full screen on a 4:3
TV screen.

Press PHOTO to start the count down. A
photo is recorded after about 10 seconds.

Cancels the self-timer.

You can select a photo size to be shot.

You can compensate for camera shake.
