Stand cart upright.
Attach back brace to top of cart with (4) #8x3/8" self-tap screws.
Attach lower front panel to lower half of cart with (4) #8x3/8" self-tap screws.
Attach upper front panel to upper half of cart with (4) #8x3/8" self-tap screws.
