Installing an additional memory board

Ê Install the DIMMs into the memory board as required (see
slots of a populated board" on page
Ê Remove the air baffle of the unused memory board slot.

Ê Press on the top of the memory air baffle (1), move it in the direction of the
arrow (2) and out of the housing.

CAUTION!
Unused memory board slots must have an air baffle installed to
ensure system cooling.

Keep the memory air baffle for future use.
