FRONT FORK INSTALLATION

Reverse the "REMOVAL" procedure.
Note the following points.
1. Install:
S Front fork 1
Temporary tighten the pinch bolts.
NOTE:
Pull up the inner tube until its end flushes the top
of the under bracket 2 , then temporarily tighten
the bolt (under bracket lower) 3 .
2. Tighten:
S Cap bolts 1
S Pinch bolts (under bracket upper/lower)
23 Nm (2.3 mSkg)
