How to control the power switch lever

Move the power switch lever of the Case to turn
the camera ON and OFF.
CAUTION
: When the digital camera has not been operated for a certain period of time,
the sleep mode (standby status) is engaged . The duration before the sleep
mode is engaged can be set on the digital camera.
To exit the sleep mode (and restore camera functions), press any button
(such as the shutter button).

How to control the eyepiece shutter lever

To prevent extraneous light from getting on the
viewfinder screen when shooting with the camera
and viewfinder held away from your face, use the
eyepiece shutter lever on the Case to close the
eyepiece shutter.
CAUTION
: Before loading the digital camera in the case, confirm that the camera's
eyepiece shutter is closed. Set the eyepiece shutter lever on the Case to
the "Open" position (the position in which the lever is turned fully
counterclockwise) before sealing the Case. The camera's eyepiece shutter
lever cannot be controlled if the Case is sealed without aligning the
eyepiece shutter lever on the Case with one on the camera.
