power cord safety
1.
If an extension cord is used,
a.
the marked electrical rating of the (detachable power supply cord or)
extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the
appliance,
b.
if the appliance is of the grounded type, the extension cord should be a
grounding type 3-wire cord.
c.
the longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the counter
top or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over.

Have battery replaced only by a qualified service technician. Do not replace with
a battery of a different type or charge level.
2.
Recycle the battery as required by State, Local, and Federal regulations.
3.
this scale is not intended for commerce or trade purposes. readings are
for personal/household use only.

The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance
manufacturer may cause injuries.
5.
Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
6.
Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 130 Pounds.

Maintain labels and nameplates on the appliance. These carry important
safety information. If unreadable or missing, contact Harbor Freight Tools for a
replacement.

This product is not a toy. Keep it out of reach of children when children are not
being closely supervised.
9.
Do not use Scale to weight a person or an animal.
