Using the Video Menu
To access the Video menu. refer to the following steps:
Picture Controls Menu
To Display ToSelect
Press O to highlight an option, then [_.
Mode Use the _ or O buttons to highlight one of the following options, then
Customized press [_ to select it.
pictm_e view'ing
Vivid:
Select for enhanced picture contrast and sharpness.
Standard:
Select for a standard picture.
Movie:
Select for a finely detailed picture.
Pro: Select for natural picture and sharpness.
Press _ on the remote control for direct access to the picture modes (Vivid, Standard, Movie, Pro),
Picture
With the Picture Controls menu open, press O or @ to select one of the
Control
following option:
Picture:
Press O to decrease the contrast. Press O to increase
contrast.
Brightness: Press O to darken the picture. Press O to brighten the
picture.
Color: Press O to decrease color saturation. Press O to increase
color saturation.
Hue: Press O to increase the red tones. Press O to increase the
green tones.
Sharpness:
Press O to soften the picture. Press O to sharpen the
picture.
Color Temp.
Use the O or O buttons to select from one of the following options:
White color tint
Cool:
Gives the white colors a blue tint.
adjustment
Neutral:
Gives the white colors a neutral tint.
Warm: Gives the white colors a red tint.
VM Sharpens picture definition to give objects a sharp, clean edge. Use the
Velocity _ or O buttons to select from one of the following options: Off,High,
Modulation
Low.
