Writing Printing Information on a
MultiMediaCard or SD Memory
Card
(DPOF Settings)
The pictures to be printed, the number of prints and
other printing-related information (DPOF settings) can
be written on the MultiMediaCard.
"DPOF" stands for "Digital Print Order Format", and it
enables printing information to be added to pictures in
the MultiMediaCard so that it can be used by any
system that supports DPOF.
≥The same settings can be performed using the short-
cut menu. (p. 126)

Slide the [OFF/ON/ Set [DPOF SETTING] on
MODE] Switch from the the [CARD EDITING]
[ON] position to put the Sub-Menu to [YES].

Verifying the DPOF Settings
Select [VERIFY] in step 3 above. The picture for

played back in succession (Slide Playback).

≥The number of prints can be set from 0 to 99.

≥The [¥] Mark appears to indicate pictures for
which 1 or more prints have been set.
≥Perform the DPOF settings with your own Movie
Camera in use.
≥It may take some moments to verify the DPOF
settings. Wait until the [ACCESS] Lamp goes off.
