Problem
Ice cubes are made with tap water.
Interior of refrigerator needs
cleaning.
Ice storage bin needs cleaning.

Water supply line is turned off.

The fridge compartment is too

Six glassfuls of water have been
used continuously.
No ice cubes or not enough ice

Possible Causes What To Do
Water could contain chlorine sending
out odors. Make ice with filtered
water.
Clean the interior of the refrigerator
frequently to remove food smells.
Wipe the surface of the ice bin
frequently.
Wipe it away completely.
Turn on water supply.
Review the installation manual or
contact our service center.
Press the REF.TEMP button and set
to a colder setting.
When more than six glasses of water
are dispensed it takes long time for it
to cool down.
Wait 12 hours for ice cubes to be
made requires 24 hours to have
enough ice cubes in the ice bin.
When ice is not used for a long time
or when there is a power failure, ice
cubes could get stuck together.
In this case, throw away the ice lump
and empty the ice bin to get freshly
made ice cubes.
