Using the directory and lists
Accessing lists with the
message key
Use the message key f to access the fol-
lowing lists:
u network mailbox, if your network pro-
vider supports this function and fast
access is specified for the network mail-
box (¢ page 52).
u Incoming message list (¢ page 47)
u Missed calls list
u Missed alarms list (¢ page 44)
These lists display the calls and SMS mes-
sages belonging to the receive MSNs
assigned to the handset.
An advisory tone sounds as soon as a new
entry arrives in a list. The f key flashes (dis-
appears when the key is pressed). In idle sta-
tus, the display shows an icon for the new
message:

The number of new entries is displayed
under the corresponding icon.

Please note
If calls are saved in the network mailbox,
you will receive a message if the appro-
priate settings have been made (see your
network provider user guide).
After pressing the message key f, you can
see all the lists containing messages and the
network mailbox list.

Missed alarms list

Missed anniversaries (¢ page 41) are dis-
played in the Missed Alarms list if:
u You do not accept an anniversary.
u The anniversary was signalled during a
phone call.
u The handset is deactivated at the time of
the anniversary.
u Open the list by pressing the message
key f (¢ page 44).
Each entry is displayed with:
u Number or name
u Date/time
for each. The most recent entry is at the head
of the list.
Press the display key
selected entry.
If 10 entries are already saved in the list, the
next appointment reminder will delete the
oldest entry.
