Indicates whether the current input source is analog or
digital.

Hi-FS
Lights when the current input signal is 88.2/96 kHz
digital.

SR+
Lights when the Control Mode Setting is set to SR+ ON
for a connected plasma display to control this receiver.

Sleep timer indicator (page 30)
Lights when the sleep timer has been set.

DIALOG indicator (page 25)
Lights when Dialog Enhancement is on.

Input/output channel indicators
The letters L, C, R, LFE, Ls and Rs indicate the input
channels coming into the receiver. The segments and
SW (subwoofer) indicate the active speaker output
channels.

VIR.SB indictor (page 25)
Lights when the Virtual Surround Back effect is on.

OVER (page 33)
Lights when the input signal is too high, risking
distortion. Use the input attenuator to reduce the level.

Tuner indicators
STEREO (page 26)
Lights when listening to a stereo FM broadcast in
auto/stereo mode.
TUNED
Lights when tuned to a broadcast.
MONO (page 26)
Lights when the tuner MPX mode is set to mono.
RDS (page 27)
Lights when listening to a station that is
broadcasting RDS information.
RF ATT (page 26)
Lights when the RF attenuator is switched on.

Indicates the volume level in dB.
