Using the Exercise mate
Set an exercise goal and monitor your calories burned.
On the S Health home screen, tap → Exercise mate.
Access the S Health menu

Tap Go to workout to set an exercise goal such as distance, time, calories, or intensity, and
then tap Start.
Tap
to record the exercise you did. Select a sport, set a duration for the exercise period, and
then tap Done.
