    Getting started Installing the SIM card and battery Insert the SIM card provided by the mobile telephone service provider, and the included battery. • Only microSIM cards work with the device. • Some LTE services may not be available depending on the service provider.     Use the charger to charge the battery before using it for the first time. A computer can be also used to charge the device by connecting them via the USB cable. Use only Samsung-approved chargers, batteries, and cables. Unapproved chargers or cables can cause the battery to explode or damage the device.

    • Frequent writing and erasing of data shortens the lifespan of memory cards. • When inserting a memory card into the device, the memory card’s file directory appears in the Samsung → My Files → All → SD memory card folder. Remove the back cover.

    Basics Samsung Smart Pause Use this feature to pause videos when you look away from the screen. On the Home screen, tap Apps → Settings → Controls → Smart screen, and then tick Smart pause. During video playback, look away from the screen to pause the video. To resume playback, look at the screen again.
