When a Message is received, no Prompting Window Appears. Why?
Because you have not set the function of "Display alerts when a message is
received". To set the visual alert for messages, proceed as follows:
1. Click
2. Click the General tab page to display the General dialog box.
3. In the Message Alerts Settings group box, select the Display alerts when
a message is received checkbox.
4. In the setting interface, click OK.
After the Data Card Management Program is Started, the Data Card
Management Prompts "Import Message from SIM/USIM Card?" or
the like. After Selecting "No", I Still Want to Import the Message.
What shall I Do?
Please proceed as follows:
1. Click
2. Select the Inbox tab page.
3. Select SIM/USIM to enter the message area of SIM/USIM card.
4. Right-click a message record and perform the following operations in the
shortcut menu:
Select Import to import the selected message to Local.
Select Import All to import all the messages in SIM/USIM list to Local.
5. Click OK in the Prompt dialog box.
Why cannot the Telephone Numbers be pasted?
Only telephone numbers such as "+0123456789#*" are legal. Confirm that no
other character is contained in the cut or pasted texts.
