During connection you will hear a ringing tone. Wait for the user that you have called
to answer. Then you can start speaking without the need for pressing the PTT button.

To receive an individual call, press the PTT button or the green call key
display, you can see the type of call and the number of the calling user, or the name, if it
is stored in the contacts list.

STATUS MESSAGES

A status message is a numeric code associated with a predefined fixed text. These
messages are programmed into the terminal.
Select the message to send from the list found in the menu Status\Outbox.
After selecting the message, press the Send soft-key to select the destination.
You can send status messages to individual numbers (private TETRA addresses or
telephone numbers) or group addresses stored in the group phonebook, or dial the
destination number directly.
While you are entering the number, the Mode soft-key enables you to select the address
type: TETRA or telephone.
Then press the green key
The terminal will indicate the result of the operation with an information message.
No action is necessary to receive status messages. When you receive one, you will hear
a characteristic tone and the
a new message to read.
In the Status\Inbox menu you can consult all your received status messages.
