Programming Fax Archive Settings (DX-1000)
Programming the Supervisor's Email Address
The Supervisor's Email Address is required to forward a copy of all incoming and outgoing faxes.
Please follow the steps below:

Press FUNCTION and

Select either One-Touch or ABBR No. station
Ex: Press

Enter
To change the input mode (between "ENTER
EMAIL ADDRESS" and "ENTER TEL. NO."),
press INTERNET.

Enter the email address using character keys (up
to 60 characters).
Ex: supervisor@xyz.com

Press SET

Enter the station name using character keys (up to
15 characters),
Ex: SUPERVISOR

Press SET
9
Press STOP to return to standby.

Note: The supervisor's email address or fax telephone number must be programmed to ABBR No. 000
which is designated for Fax Forwarding.
