    ORKOUTS The 400T is one of the most advanced personal fitness treadmills available. With the 400T, you choose from four different programs, all of which have 9 levels of difficulty, for a total choice of 36 different preprogrammed options. With this unique combination of programs, you can tailor your workout to achieve exactly the fitness goals you desire: weight loss, conditioning, endurance, or maintenance of overall health.

    The right display flashes the default weight, 160 lb. (73 kg). Use the - and + keys to adjust the weight displayed in the right window. The 400T accepts weights from 50 to 400 lb. (23 to 182 kg). If no key has been pressed after 5 seconds, the treadmill will accept 160 lb.

    Pausing a Programmed Workout As you go through your workout, you may have a brief interruption or you may want to take a break. The 400T has a pause feature, “PAUS,” that freezes the current program for up to 5 minutes. With this feature, you can return to your stopping point at any time during that 5-minute period and resume your workout.

    Proper lubrication will help the jack screw turn smoothly, reducing wear on the elevation drive motor system. Other Service Recommended In addition to the above five service reminders, Cybex recommends that a qualified Cybex treadmill repair technician should rotate the deck and replace the running belt at 7,000 miles (11265 km).
  • Page 46 If any of these voltage conditions are not present, the drive motor will not activate. Check for any signs of obvious loose connections and call CYBEX Customer Service for further troubleshooting advice, if needed. If the voltages are correct, the drive motor assembly itself is suspect.
