Yes
Does proper 5 V appear at
Pin 5, 6, 7 and 8 of IC104?
Yes
Does proper 3.3 V appear at
Pin 2 of IC101, IC105 and IC106?
Yes
Does proper 2.5 V
appear at Pin 2 of IC102?
Yes
Does proper 5 V
appear at Pin 5 of IC103?
Yes
Check the power supply from the LCD
panel. (around CN104)
