PTT Speed number refers to the PTT number speed dialed out by holding

5.2 Dynamic management of group members
For the groups existing in the GoTa system, members can be added or deleted in the handset, and member's priority
level and the longest time for one's talking can also be set.
Note: Only the group head has the authority to perform the dynamic management.
