Speaker & RCA Connections
1-Channel-Mode Mono Subwoofer bridged
RCA & Speaker wiring:
• Connect the LINE INPUT of the amplifier to the head unit line output with appropriate good quality RCA cables.
• Connect the subwoofer with appropriate wires to the terminal block (SPEAKER OUTPUT/ - BRIDGED +) of the amplifier.
• The minimum final subwoofer impedance must not be lower than 4 Ohms per channel. Too low speaker loads result in too high
heat dissipation and may cause the amplifier run into protection.
• Please observe correct speaker channels and polarity as printed by the speaker terminal
Do not connect speaker (-) to the ground or vehicle's chassis.
Subwoofer
4 - 8 Ohm
X-Over-Switch
• Switch to the position LP (LOW PASS). The cut-off frequency is adjustable by the LOW PASS contoller.
In LP/BP-Mode the HIGH PASS controller is working also as Subsonic-Filter and cuts off the ultra-low frequencies.
Level Input
• Turn the LEVEL INPUT controller of the amplifier to 6V position.
• Turn the head unit volume controller to about 80 - 90% of its full setting.
• Turn the LEVEL INPUT controller clockwise until you hear some distortion.
• Then turn back the LEVEL INPUT controller slightly until you can hear a clean sound.
Bass Boost
• This controller regulates the Bass Boost from 0 - 12 dB.
Caution! Please use the Bass-Boost carefully. The additional boost may result in clipping or overload.
Bass Remote
• The Bass Remote allows to control the bass level of the subwoofer e.g. out of the driver's seat.
