    To insert a SIM, follow these steps: Shut down the computer. Close the display. Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer. Unplug the power cord from the AC outlet. Insert the SIM into the SIM slot, and gently push the SIM into the slot until it is firmly seated. Reconnect external power.

    Connecting to a wired network There are 2 kinds of wired connections: local area network (LAN) and modem connection. A LAN connection uses a network cable and is much faster than a modem connection, which uses a telephone cable. Both cables are sold separately. WARNING!
