SPECIAL CALLS

STATUS CALLS

A status is a code for transmitting prearranged
messages; for example, status "04" could
indicate "On Break."

Making a Status Call

You can make a Status Call in two ways:
Using the preprogrammed Status Call
button (see page 11)
Using the menu
To make a status call using the Status Call
button:

Press the preprogrammed Status Call button,
such as g.
The display shows
On Break
Lunch
On Duty
The selected status message is the first status
down on the display.

to locate the desired status in the
preprogrammed list.
or
Press the button that has been preprogrammed
for a specific status to jump to and select from
the list shown on the display.
For example, pressing 2,
you see:
After 3 seconds, the selected status is shown
