CORRECTIVE ACTION
Unblock inlet air openings
Provide ventilation to water heater
Replace with correct orifi ce
Check with gas utility company
Replace gas control valve/thermostat
Check with gas utility company
Replace with correct orifi ce (see rating
plate)
Turn temperature knob to higher setting
Refer to gas control error codes
Drain/flush-provide water treatment if
needed
Install adequate heater
Correct piping: dip tube must be in cold
inlet
Repair faucets
Advise customer
Insulate piping

Turn temperature knob to lower setting
Replace the gas control valve/
thermostat
