USING EXTERNAL DEVICES
Using a DVD player, DVD recorder,
video recorder or set-top box

Switch on the external device and select the function you want to
use.

Press »AV« and press »Λ« or »V« to select the preset for the input
signals (»AV1«, »AV2«, »AVS«, »HDMI 1«, »HDMI 2« or
»YPbPr«) and confirm with »G«.

Headphones

Plug the headphones (3.5 mm jack plug) into the headphone
socket on the back of the device.
– The sound is switched off for the inbuilt loudspeaker.

Set the volume by pressing »

Decoder or satellite receiver

A decoder is needed if the television receives encoded programmes
from a privately operated station.
