Espresso does not have any
Crema.
Handle comes off during brewing. Coffee tamped too hard.
Coffee is too cold.

Filter handle is not attached correctly, Ensure the handle is firmly positioned

Change to a coarser grind of coffee.

wipe the brewing head clean of coffee.

Ensure that milk is heated properly
during texturing, but be sure not to boil

Ensure that the milk is well refrigerated

For best texturing results use a stainless
steel jug and if possible refrigerate or
run the jug under cold water before use.

is correctly positioned on the steam
nozzle. The tip of the steam nozzle or
frothing attachment should be
positioned just below the surface of
the milk.
